WORLD-WIDE SHIPPING

Currently our shop is located in South-Africa and we ship to most countries. Shipping fees are different for each region and the shipping fees for your exact area will be displayed at check-out. Please contact us if you have any trouble at check-out. The currency of the website reverts back to our local currency at checkout, I will email you with the total in your local currency. We currently only ship internationally with DHL, a trusted express worldwide courier company.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed through Autumn Essence_creations will be posted within 7 working days from when your payment reflects in our account. All orders will be posted from South Africa unless stated otherwise due to traveling. All parcels will have a tracking number which will be emailed to you as soon as the parcel is shipped.

Local to South Africa we use PostNet or Courier Guy, International Shipping we use DHL.

For International shipping please make sure to select the right region, as shipping costs are different for each region.

Most International parcels take between 3-10 weeks to arrive, depending on region and shipping option you select.

Autumn Essence_creations is not responsible for any delays in shipping or

parcels that are lost/ stolen during transit. Autumn Essence_creations is not liable to refund any packages that are lost or stolen in transit. (We've never experienced this with DHL and trust your package will be deliverd safely).. Please inform us of any such circumstances so that we

can take it on with the courier company and assist you as best we can.

It is the client's responsibility to track their parcel, but we will assist if you are unable to trace your parcel.

The client is responsible to provide us with the correct address and contact details.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

All our creations are of good quality and made with love, if your product arrives damaged please inform us so we can take it on with the courier company and assist you from there. Autumn Essence_creations is not liable to provide refunds or accept returns, but we will assess the circumstances and assist you as best we can.
